S2dio Fine Furniture is manufactured from Kwila, one of the world’s most durable hardwood timbers. Its strength and abundance of natural oils makes it ideal for use in a diverse range of climates, it’s easy to maintain, and the rich colour will ensure that your furniture always looks good.
Our Kwila is thoroughly dried in special kilns for up to six weeks to ensure there is no shrinkage or movement, and the finished products are well-sanded, oiled and dried before packaging. During the initial weathering process, Kwila will naturally leech any excess sap when exposed to rain or heavy dew. The natural oil remaining in the wood will act as a preservative, protecting your timber from splitting or cracking.
Kwila is often the material of choice for decking and other outdoor applications, as it will withstand even the harshest Australian weather conditions.

S2dio Fine Furniture is made from selected, durable timber specifically designed for outdoor use. Easy-to-follow instructions are provided for the assembly and ongoing care of your furniture. All S2dio Kwila products are folded or flat-packed for easy transport and storage.
We will repair or replace any product that shows any fault resulting from poor workmanship within the specified warranty period.
S2dio does not recommend the use of any chemicals to accelerate the bleeding or leaching processes, as they can prematurely cause the timber to crack and age.
